First, I just want to say that discovering this brand and the store (Modern Roots in Stillwater, MN) has been absolutely life changing! I have almost completely altered my lifestyle to non-toxic products over the years and when I discovered this brand, I was - and still am in absolute awe! As many know, it is challenging finding products that are safe but also just as effective. And she has almost everything you could think of non-toxic so I just want to say thank you!!!!
Second, I have never been one to use a face wash. I have had pretty decent skin my whole life. But obviously you start aging eventually and with two small kiddos and a hectic life - keeping my skin clean and fresh, especially when I have time is important to me. So if I were to try ANY face wash, I knew I wanted it to be from Modern Roots. I have been using this face wash daily for two weeks and have already noticed a change in my facial skin. It is smoother, glowy, even, and just overall better looking. I love the tingle from the mint that adds to the overall freshness from a face wash that you would expect. My skin does not only look clean but feels like it! I highly recommend this face wash and will continue to buy this product.
Last, I have been pairing this face wash with the Cranberry Toner and the Nourishing Tallow Face Drench, also using the Exfoliating Clear Skin Scrub in between (1-2 times a week) for my results. Obviously it is not a one size fits all but when first starting this skin care journey I struggled with what products to get in the beginning.
