We offer a 30-day exchange and return policy. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist you with an exchange for a product that better suits your needs.
While most people find their perfect skincare match the first purchase, we want to make sure you are placed in the right product for your skin.
To be eligible for a return or exchange:

Items must be unused, unopened, and in new condition with original packaging.

A receipt from purchase is required.

Returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue. We are committed to ensuring the best experience for our customers.

Our primary goal is to offer you an exchange if you are dissatisfied with your purchase. We are happy to assist you in finding a product that better meets your needs.
Product-Specific Policy: Delicate Items
Please note that items such as bubble clouds, bath bombs, vapor steam tabs, and shower steamers can be more fragile and may be subject to damage by the shipper.
While we make every effort to package these items securely, we cannot replace or refund them if damaged during transit due to their delicate nature. Thankfully, they will perform the same.
Restocking Fee: Change Mind After Product Is Shipped
If product(s) has/have been shipped and you change your mind in transit and would like to return your items, there is a 20% restocking fee and you will need to send the unused product back to us. Please consult with shipping for this at shipping@modernroots.org
