Love modern roots!!! Sadly this stuff didn’t work for my wavy/curly hair, made it feel waxy. Recommend every other product I’ve tried though!

Nourish + Define

This curl cream is moisturizing and defining — not heavy, and no buildup. It smooths the cuticle beautifully and gives just the right amount of slip for detangling and styling. My curls feel soft, look shiny, and hold their shape better throughout the day. That said, I do find that I need to pair it with a styling foam to get the hold and bounce I like — especially on humid days or when I need extra longevity. If Modern Roots made a styling foam to complement this, I’d be the first in line to try it.
